For the past three years, I’ve embarked on a full and exciting journey. Out of my depths with myself and the World, I was scared. I felt things. Knew things. Dreamed things. They made no sense to anyone I told, but they made sense to me. My intuition was speaking to me, loud and clear.

Most nights, I have a long, luxurious bath. Bathing, to me, is my time to unwind, relax and prepare for bed. I use candles, oils, incense, and play meditation music. I also use the time to really treat my body- magnesium oil on my aching shoulders, epsom salts to draw out toxins, and I also vigorously brush with a body brush- like the ones here . I focus on my legs, thighs, stomach, hips and glutes. I also massage my underarms to help move any lymph fluid that may have become stagnant. Baths are heaven to me! Read More →
With so many ‘self love’ experts out there, it’s interesting to see who really ‘talks the talk’. Self love and loving yourself unconditionally comes in many forms, whether it be going to bed early, choosing foods that nourish and heal or accepting every part of your body. Team VH and I came across Sharon Taylor a few months back, and we asked her to write a blog post about her experiences.
