  1. Blend lemon, lime, nama shoyu, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, agave, star anise, water and garlic together
  2. If you have a Thermomix, heat to 37C, or use warm water in place of the purified water
  3. Place the zucchini, carrot and broccoli in a bowl
  4. Pour the broth on top and garnish with coriander and bean sprouts
  5. This tastes better if let to sit at room temperature for an hour
