Going green relates to many facets of your life – everything from recycling, reducing waste, and making sustainable choices – and it also relates to your diet.
The ‘greenest’ diet there is, is a vegan diet.
Surrounded by stigmas and hatred, many people associate veganism with brown rice and tofu, a ‘hippie’ lifestyle, and someone who’ll voice their opinions the second you mention the words ‘Big Mac’.
