Ingredients
- Flesh and water from one young Thai coconut (plus a little extra water if needed)
- Flesh from One Avocado
- 2 Cups Strawberries Stems & All
- 1 Medjool Date
- 1 Tbsp Goji Berries
- 2 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Flax Seed Oil
Instructions
- Blend for one minute or until smooth and creamy
- Stir flax seed oil in (don't blend!)
- Serve immediately!!
