Join me for a weekend of fun, cooking, education and entertainment! This Saturday and Sunday day time workshop is going to be held in the beautiful town of Yea - a small community with a strong focus on local food and good produce. An hour and a half drive from the CBD, you'll immediately feel at ease surrounded by tall trees and birds singing. 

The workshop will be held in a private building, with plenty of on-street parking, close to all shops and amenities.

Led by published author, head plant based chef and cafe owner Adele McConnell, it's a weekend to ask any questions you've got, refine your cooking skills, expand your palate and try new things!

On this hands-on Saturday and Sunday full day immersion, you'll learn:

  • How to plan a weekly menu to stop waste, make the most of produce, and save time

  • Storage and treatment of produce and ingredients
  • A guided tour through the Yea Wetlands where you'll learn about local wildlife, and the eco-system 

Spaces are extremely limited! 

You'll cook:

For over a decade, Adele has been teaching workshops all over Australia and internationally, to help people expand their knowledge of plant based cooking and to make the most of what's in their pantry. 

Adele is a published author with her work printed in multiple languages, and is co-owner and head plant based chef at SoulPod Foods cafe in Melbourne



What do I bring to the event?

Please bring a water bottle, a notepad if you like to take notes, and any questions you have!
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable, something you don’t mind getting dirty, and flat, closed toe shoes. No heels, sandals or thongs. 
Do I get a physical ticket?
No- upon purchase your name is added to my list automatically. No ticket needed.

Is my ticket transferrable/refundable? 

Your ticket is non-refundable however it is completely transferrable to someone else. If you cannot make the event, you can transfer your ticket to another name. Please send the new name to adele@vegiehead.com one week before the event.
