  1. Mix cabbages, carrot, orange, avocado, and walnuts, squeeze lime juice over the top and allow to marinate for 20 to 30 minutes
  2. Fill the radicchio cups with the cabbage mix, and top with thai mint
  3. Serve immediately, with a big glass of fresh pineapple juice!
