Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2-1 Cup Rice Milk (depending on how 'thick' you would like it)
- 2 Tbsp Goji Berries
- 2 Tsp White Mulberries Diced Finely
- 1 Tsp Sour Cherries Diced Finely
- 1 Tsp Maca Powder
- 1 Tsp Agave Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Vanilla Bean Pod Scrapped
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced
Instructions
- This dish needs to be made at least 8 hours before it is ready- so make it before you go to bed for an easy breakfast!
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Serve with fresh strawberries and even drizzle with some passionfruit
